How to manage change

The health care sector is in a state of flux. Hospital mergers, organisations in care pools, accreditation process, journeys These are all new situations to be managed by both the management and the staff involved.  

It is essential that leaders and managers are prepared for change à implement appropriate solutions to strengthen cohesion while taking into account possible obstacles to change.  

The aim of the training is to achieve change through the buy-in of the vast majority of staff. First, the trainers meet with different stakeholders in each department of the hospital to assess their expectations and challenges. 

This training is essential in an accreditation process and has already been provided of in dozens of hospitals and MR-MRS/EHPAD.
